How to assemble your BT 700 pool table:

The complete BT 700 kit weighs 109 kg, and the table weighs 90 kg.
The table measures 80 cm high, 2.14 m long, and 1.18 cm wide with a playing surface measuring 9.6 x 1.92 m. The cushions are 37 mm high and the bed is 18 mm. The table’s pockets have a 12 cm opening and can hold up to 7 balls.

Size, weight, and shape:

The bed is made from a medium density wood fibre composite called medium-density fibreboard (MDF). This design choice makes the table light, level, smooth, and durable. We drew inspiration from aeronautical technology (see unique features) by adding stringers underneath the bed to further reinforce it, render it less sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity, and help it withstand impacts during play.

Table bed design

In the longitudinal frame design on airplane wings, stringers strengthen the structure to support pressure and deformations, coupled with the fuselage’s ribs and frame. Following the same idea, we have added metallic stringers and longerons underneath the bed. A reinforced design prevents drooping that occurs on tables without a good structure, including slate tables.

Your table’s added benefits

You can tell the two cue sports apart by their balls.Pool uses numbered striped and solid balls while English billiards (also called blackball) uses yellow and red balls.
They also have different rules and tactics.For example, pool is more of an attacking game, while blackball requires more defensive tactics.

You can play pool and English billiards with this kit, but what is the difference?

You have to feel comfortable playing pool, which depends primarily on the playing area. The best way to find out if your room is big enough is to have a cue-length (1.45 m) of space on each side of your table And you need to account for an extra 5cm for your stroke (the back and forth motion of the cue). 
In a nutshell? You need 21.5 m² for the BT 700 pool table (or 514 x 418 cm).

Area needed to play comfortably

We recommend brushing your table after each use. Depending on how much you play, vacuum it occasionally as well. 
Avoid moving it 
Be careful of changes in temperature and humidity. 
Cover the table with the tarp after each use.
Lastly, clean the balls with lukewarm water mixed with a drop of detergent. Dry them with a soft cloth.

Recognized for their excellent thermal insulation, down and feathers also offer a great warmth-to-weight ratio and compressibility. However, the warmth provided is a combination of the weight of down and feathers and the jacket’s expansion capacity. Together, they provide warmth and insulation from the cold. (Padding: 50% down and 50% feathers in the body, recycled wadding 100 g/m² at the bottom of jacket and arms, 60 g/m² on the collar).

What type of padding is used for warmth?

Your jacket’s waterproof zippers, snow skirt, high collar, and adjustable hood and cuffs offer superior insulation to keep you warm.

In addition to the fill, which components provide warmth?

We lab-test each of our products so that we can provide you with a value indicating the item’s comfort temperature. This comfort indicator is measured without tights for pants, and with a thermal T-shirt and a fleece for jackets. The measurement indicated is that of the external temperature at which the testers were neither warm, nor cold. Of course, this perceived temperature varies depending on the intensity of the activity and the metabolism of the individual.

How is comfort temperature measured?

To make sure you stay warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-layer technique: 
- Layer 1 or base layer, to stay dry. 
- Layer 2 or insulating layer, to keep the heat in.
- Layer 3 to protect against the elements.

Staying warm on the slopes

The resistance of a fabric is measured by the height of a water column in mm that can be supported by the fabric (test based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. This component has a waterproofing resistance of 10,000 mm resists the pressure of 10,000 mm of water.
For skiing, we advise components rated 3,000 mm to 20,000 mm.

How is the water resistance of a jacket measured?

The membrane is a very fine component applied to the inner surface of the outer jacket fabric. This component prevents water from seeping in while wicking away perspiration. The membrane is unbeatable when it comes to keeping you warm and dry.

What is a membrane and what’s it for?

The 500 Ski Jacket is made of sturdy, water-resistant materials that reduce wind chill for better protection against the elements (rain, snow, wind, etc.). To check its waterproof rating, this jacket was tested under a special shower test that replicates the conditions skiers have to face. This jacket’s waterproofing was field-tested in various weather conditions for several days.

Which parts of the jacket protect me from bad weather?

Water repellency is a material’s ability to let water bead off the surface without being absorbed. This jacket features water-repellent components that improve its weather resistance. The exterior surface of the fabric is treated to make it water-repellent.

Why does my jacket need water repellency?

Bear in mind that the water repellency can be reactivated. To do this, you can use a waterproof spray (sold in our stores): spray evenly over the entire garment, then allow to dry for 10 to 12 hours.

How to reactivate your jacket’s water repellency

This jacket wicks perspiration away. To determine a fabric’s breathability, we measure its resistance to evaporative heat (RET) based on a standardized ISO 11092 test. The lower the RET, the more breathable the fabric. The 500 Ski Jacket has a RET of 11. However, it is Wedze’s technical solutions (zippers, vents, mesh) that reduce condensation and maximize breathability.

What is a breathable jacket?

Regular fit The jacket’s sides are straight rather than fitted. This jacket is roomy enough to be worn over a first and second technical layer.

How does the 500 Ski Jacket fit?

The snow skirt adjusts automatically, and adjustable cuffs block drafts and snow, especially in the event of a fall.

Keeping snow out if you fall

* Close all the zippers on the jacket
* Turn it inside out
* Machine wash at 30°C, delicate cycle with little detergent and no fabric softener.
Important: set to a very gently spin cycle (less than 800 rpm): too strong a spin could create feather balls that are difficult to undo.
 * Perform a second or third rinse cycle to make sure that any remaining detergent from the previous wash has been eliminated.

How do I wash my jacket?

Tumble dry (strongly recommended) 
* Gentle or delicate cycle. * Put 2 clean, ideally white, tennis balls in the drum of the dryer. 
* Dry on several long cycles to dry completely. 
* Shake the down between cycles to break up any clumps that formed during washing.
If you do not have a dryer, the process is longer (drying flat can take one to two weeks). Make sure you pat the jacket to avoid clumps (at least 4–5 times).

How to dry my jacket

We’ve developed a new sole with moulded spikes and three distinct parts:

EVA for cushioning, a key feature when you’re covering 7–8 km on the course; rigid TPU spikes to improve traction on the grass throughout your swing; and flexible rubber spikes for greater comfort as you walk the fairways.

EVA boosts cushioning, a must when you’re covering 7–8 km on the course. This material spans the whole foot, with extra at the heel for maximum comfort.

Part 2: TPU
The one-piece, semi-rigid TPU component provides both grip and flexibility. It features six spikes and adds a pop of colour.

Sole part 2

Part 3: Rubber
The softer rubber component ensures good grip when walking, and two horizontal grooves make the shoe more bendable.
The front part of the sole is asymmetrical, with an outer extension for added stability as you swing.
The rounded shape moves with your foot as you follow through.

This shoe is lined with a waterproof membrane.
We verify watertightness using lab tests that simulate walking movements in a container of water. We look for any leaks inside the shoe and check its weight to ensure it isn't absorbing water.
