I'm docking points for the horizontal stay not being adjustable enough sideways; I had to bend mine in an s-shape to get the rack centered over the wheel. Aside from that, it was easy to install and sturdy, and fits my wide clearance 700c/29" wheel frame.

Good rack - lightweight, sturdy design and fabrication. I am using it on a month long tour. My panniers and gear to be loaded on the rack are 36lbs. Rack has held up nicely. Better than my last rack. IMPORTANT NOTE it is only JUST compatible with a well-known German water
proof pannier companies main/classic bag mounts (I can't name the company as my first review was removed). I suggest the next iteration considers this brands design considering it's popularity.

The bolts provided in this product will barely hold it on your bike. I've had it dismantle twice on the road, dropping my backpack with a lot of items in it. Either buy it knowing that you will need to get better nuts/bolts to keep it in place, or just get a better product.

Fitted this to a Boardman URB 8.6 with 700c/35c wheels, disc brakes, Nexus 7 geared hub and mudguards. Not much fettling to get it to fit perfectly. Good fitting kit with range of nuts and bolts to suit most fitting needs. Strong and light weight rack which I use with Ortil

Utilisé 1 fois sur un vélo de route Triban Easy à l'occasion d'une sortie de 2 jours, avec 1 sacoche Ortlieb très peu chargée. Montage un peu long, mais sans difficulté; il faut juste ne pas s'y prendre au moment de partir. Par contre, j'ai rencontré le même gros problème qu'u
n autre utilisateur: la tige qui permet d'accrocher le porte bagage au cadre s'est détachée subitement en roulant après une descente sur une zone bitumée pas lisse suivie d'une descente de trottoir. La tige s'est détachée brutalement et le porte bagages a basculé en arrière, car aucune sécurité. Chute évitée de justesse, car je n'allais pas vite. 1ère fois que je suis aussi déçue de la conception d'un produit Décathlon en raison du risque niveau sécurité. Comment faire pour que cela ne se reproduise pas?
