- The band is 1.04 m (41”) long when slack. - The band is 28.5 mm (1.1”) wide - It provides a resistance of 35 kg (77 lb), which means that you need to apply a load of 35 kg (77 lb) to stretch the band to double its size.
How to use your product
Make sure it is well secured so that it doesn’t come unhooked while you are exercising, for example if you are using it to assist you with exercises such as pull-ups. Also check the state of your resistance band before using it. If you notice any breaks or white areas, do not use it, as it could break while you’re exercising.
How to choose your resistance band
Each colour corresponds to a level of resistance: Blue:5 kg (11 lb) Green: 15 kg (33 lb) Yellow: 25 kg (55 lb) Orange: 35 kg (77 lb) Red: 45 kg (99 lb) Black: 60 kg (132 lb) If you use the band for strength training, start with a lower resistance and gradually increase it. If you are using it to assist you during exercises such as pull-ups, a band with a higher resistance is best for beginners.
What accessories can you use the 35 kg (77 lb) resistance band with?
The band has a high resistance. It can help lighten your load when doing a barbell pull-up (ref.: 8385106) or a rack pull-up (ref: 8651534), or when starting out with an ab wheel (ref.: 8660093). You can also use it for stretching.
Use and storage tips
Our bands are not designed to be used in a pool, and we do not test their chlorine resistance. Do not store in direct sunlight or in extreme temperatures. Avoid contact with sharp or abrasive objects—your band will last longer!
Tips
This resistance band can withstand a high degree of stress, which means workouts are challenging. It should only be used by people who work out regularly. It can be used for: - deadlifting, 4 x 6-12 reps - rowing, 4 x 8-12 reps You can adjust the number of repetitions.

Honnêtement je suis ambivalent par rapport à ce produit. Il est à la limite entre les plus petits élastiques et les plus gros (rouge et noir). Ce qui fait que son épaisseur par rapport à sa résistance crée parfois des problèmes (plus de résistance que prévu, difficulté à manip
uler, moins de versatilité, vieillissement prématuré du produit...) Ceci étant dit, c'est une transition inévitable et il permet beaucoup de mouvements qui sont plus difficiles avec les bande plus larges.

This band stinks with a rubber

Feels solid, has good resistance. But since I bought it >1 month ago it stinks with a rubber pretty hardly. Washing it didn't help. You can't feel the scent in the store when looking or taking it, unless you bring it clouse to your nose. But after few stretches the scent incre
ases and doesn't disappear. Hands will have it after usage too. I smelled other weight bands back in Decathlon and only 35kg has this problem. So for this weight, better get some other manufacturer.
