You can add or remove weight to this weighted hoop depending on your level. The larger the diameter of the hoop, the easier it is to turn. When starting out, we recommend removing one or more links (to reduce the diameter) and adding them as you get stronger.

Why use a weighted hoop?

Start by standing with the hoop at waist level. Place your feet slightly apart and place one leg in front of the other. To vary your exercises, we suggest making the hoop turn from front to back, rather than in circular movements!

Dimensions

When you start, remember that the bigger the diameter, the harder it is to spin. Try taking out one of the sections the first time you use it!
