Filling

Our traceability system guarantees the origin of the feathers in accordance with our commitment to use responsible materials. Our suppliers are committed to using only feathers that come from ducks bred for their meat and that are plucked after slaughtering.
As a result, we have received the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certification issued by a third-party body.

We display temperature ratings tested in an independent lab (AITEX) based on European Standard EN 13537 (2016) on all our sleeping bags.
The comfort temperature rating is the lower limit when a user in the sleeping position is generally in thermal equilibrium and is neither hot nor cold (based on a “standard” woman in normal conditions of use).

Temperature rating

A sleeping bag does not generate heat, but rather maintains heat generated by the body. If you are cold when you slip into your freezing, damp sleeping bag, you risk staying cold whatever the sleeping bag’s features!
These temperature ratings therefore depend on a person’s resistance to the cold (build, fatigue, etc.), their equipment (mattress that insulates from the ground, etc.), their clothing (wearing pyjamas or not), and the weather conditions (damp, wind, etc.).
