Recommended user weight:

Less than 60 kg. ultra-stable board. 
60 to 80 kg: very stable board.
Over 80 kg:an ideal board for beginners.

Recommended user weight:

Inflation:
Make sure the orange valve pin is in the upright position.
Connect the pump.
Inflate to 15 psi. 
The more you inflate the SUP, the more stable it becomes.
Disconnect the pump and close the outer cap.

Deflation:
Push down on the valve pin to let the air out.
Stand back and keep away from your face.
Remove all air by rolling up from the side opposite the valve.

Inflating and deflating your SUP

Don’t store your board in direct sunlight.

If your board must be left in the sun, keep it away from spaces that radiate heat (e.g., walls, ground, car roof) and reduce the pressure to 10 psi to avoid excessive pressure and irreversible damage (e.g., explosion, detached seam, leak).

Always remove the fin once you’re on shore.
If possible, rinse the fin base before and after use.

Fold up from the fin base, following the dotted lines to avoid damage.

Never unscrew the valve to deflate your SUP (may cause injury).
If the valve leaks, deflate your SUP and tighten it a quarter turn using the valve wrench.
If you need to replace the valve, please contact the workshop at your nearest Decathlon store.

Repair

If you fall, your leash prevents the board from drifting away. It’s best to attach it to your ankle, but it can also be attached to the knee.
Remove and rinse after each use.
