Warm

Outer material has windproof membrane. Thin but warm lining for great balance between warmth and breathability, offering great versatility for active or static hunts. Waistband is high on the back and lined with synthetic fur to minimise air inflow and to provide thermal comfort, especially when crouching. During long static hunts in cold conditions, thermal legging can be worn under the trousers.

Camouflage

This down hunting trousers has the exclusive Solognac pattern in autumn/winter brown tones. This camouflage is designed and made using very high definition graphic tools: - extremely realistic depiction of various items of vegetation. - very marked depth effect between the design's foreground and background: 3D effect that helps you blend into the undergrowth. - numerous light contrasts are very effective on large game at all hours of the day, and at dawn/dusk.

Waterproof

The membraned fabric of these trousers has a 2000 mm waterproof rating. A fabric’s water resistance to a water column is measured in mm (based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the number, the more waterproof the fabric. The design of the trousers and the taped seams allow the wearer to stay dry for 2 hours in a rain shower equivalent to 60 litres of water per m2 per hour.

Breathability test

To find out if a fabric is breathable, we test its evaporative resistance or RET (based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower the fabric's RET, the more water vapour generated by an active body escapes through the fabric, and the higher the breathability. For example: RET < 9 = extremely breathable fabric. For these pants RET < 12 = breathable fabric.

The 7 loops can hold a 5 cm wide belt. Preformed knees and semi-elasticated waistband for greater comfort, even when sitting. There are no seams between the thighs to avoid rubbing, and to have greater comfort and noiseless movement. The hook at the bottom of the trousers attaches to shoe laces, keeping trousers in place and preventing the inflow of cold or snow under the trousers.
