What should you do if your handgrip starts to squeak?
Your handgrip may start to squeak after frequent use. This should not occur with newer versions, but it may happen with handgrips manufactured prior to 2023. Just apply some WD-40 lubricant and that should solve the problem!
Tip for use
It is important to warm up and increase the load gradually. Holding the handgrip in the closed position works better than doing a large number of reps.

The handgrip is comfortable to use. It’s important to note that you have to pull the two sides of the handles out to change the weight. This isn’t written in the instructions so I struggles changing the weight until I learned this.

Personnellement, j'ai des grandes mains (gants XL) et je me retrouve parfois à forcer du bout des doigts. Est-ce la fatigue mélangée à l'ergonomie? Mais du point de vue ergonomique, la "gripe" manque un peu. Aussi, le matériel est très fragile. La petite commande en plastique
qui change l'intensité est arrivée brisée lors de ma commande initiale. Finalement, un ajout intéressant pour une future édition serait un compteur de répétition.
