Choosing the right compress size

The cold pack can be used to reduce swellings, inflammation and pain in the event of bruising, haematoma, muscle aches and sprains.The pouch should be chilled in the freezer.

When should you use it cold?

The pouch is used for relieving muscle pain, back pain, and lumbago. 
It is heated in the microwave or in boiling water.

When should you use it hot?

Do not use on injured or sensitive skin. Use by children or people with a cognitive disability must be monitored. Do not sleep with the pouch applied. Do not use in case of skin sensitivity (e.g., diabetes) or blood flow disorders (e.g. Raynaud's disease).

What are the precautions to adopt before using this product?

For optimal recovery after a workout, feel free to use your hot/cold pack with a recovery drink, protein bars, massage or compression accessories or electro-stimulation.
