fonctionne bien mais lorsque placé sous les pieds et qu'on tire peut couper au centre. Pour faire ce genre d'étirement ,il est peut être mieux d'utiliser un autre genre

I recently purchased a number of bands from Decathlon, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. Despite being excited to incorporate them into my Pilates classes, I was disappointed when three bands broke after just a month of use. The bands snapped during normal usage, wh
ich not only interrupted my instruction and classes but also raised concerns about safety. I expected better quality and longevity from these bands. It's disheartening to invest in fitness equipment only to have it fail prematurely. I would caution others against purchasing these bands until Decathlon addresses the quality issues. Bands perish, so how long are they left bagged while in stock? In the meantime, I'll be exploring alternative options for my needs.

Feels nice but I took it along to my Pilates class and my instructor says it’s too narrow. Apparently it will ping off my feet too easily! Its nice and long (about 190cm) and if you don’t mind the width then all good but I’m off out to buy a wider one…
