Which body parts does it work on?
Step aerobics provides a full-body workout: lower body (glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps), core (abdominals), and upper body (shoulders, arms). It helps to tone your body and improve cardiovascular health.

Je suis vraiment contente! Excellente qualité/prix Il ne glisse pas du tout sur mon plancher en bois. J’ai fait des entraînements de steps, musculation et étirements avec sur la plate-forme les Mills.

Je déconseille ce produit. Pour le prix j'aurais anticipé une meilleure qualité. Le step se réhausse grace à l'ouverture de deux extremités. Au bout d'une semaine une pièce (en plastique) de l'une des extremités s'est cassée. Je suis "très" déçu. Décathlon ne propose malheureu
sement pas l'achat de cette pièce. Résultat, j'ai un produit cassé sur les bras.
