When you run, each impact with the ground generates a shockwave equivalent to three times your weight. The impact runs from the heel to the top of your spine. These shock waves are extremely hard on your joints. A good pair of running shoes is key for absorbing shocks and dispersing vibrations.

The run active grip shoes are specially designed for running

EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl acetate) foam which is both lightweight and offers good shock absorbing properties.
CS (Circular System) technology optimizes shock absorption.

What are the cushioning features of the run active grip shoe?

Grip is an important feature for running on trails and paths. So it is important to choose a shoe with a lugged outsole that provides superior grip.

Why is grip so important on trails?

Choose one size bigger than your usual size to ensure optimum comfort in your run cushion grip shoes. There should be 1 cm (2/5") between your toe and the end of your shoe, as your feet swell during exercise.

How much does a run active grip shoe weigh?

Drop is the difference between the height of the shoe’s heel and forefoot. There is a 10 mm (2/5") height difference between the front and back of the sole.

What is the drop of a run active grip shoe?

Do not machine wash your shoes as this can damage their physical properties, leading to detachment, shrinkage or tearing of the mesh at the top of the foot. 
We therefore recommend that, when they are very dirty (muddy), you wash them with soapy water and a synthetic brush. Do not use bleach! Rinse with fresh water.
Avoid putting shoes near a heat source to dry.
