This sports bra offers high support for practicing high-impact sports. 

What types of activity is this sports bra suitable for?

A pleasant workout experience depends on comfortable clothing that frees your movements. That's what we had in mind when designing this sports bra. Its straps are adjustable and can be worn straight or crossed. To cross them at the middle of your back, just use the hook to attach the two rings together. This frees your shoulder blades for greater ease of movement.

How does this bra free your movements?

In sport, making an effort often involves breaking a sweat. You certainly appreciate being able to push your limits, but you're not sure that you love ending up soaked at the end of a workout. We thought of you when we added a few details to this sports bra to help keep you dry. Lace lined with mesh helps to create a breathability zone between the breasts for better perspiration wicking.

How does this bra wick away perspiration?

This sports bra has 2 cups made of a thin, flexible foam for optimal comfort. 

Type of cups

While exercising, your breasts may undergo more stress than in everyday life. Regardless of your cup size or age, breast movement during a workout can exert a force up to five times your breasts’ actual weight. A sports bra provides the support and comfort you need while exercising. It protects your chest from impacts and pain.

Protect your breasts during exercise

Movement during sports activities stretches the skin and ligaments of the bust. Without adequate support, you're more likely to suffer from pain or premature sagging. On the other hand, too much support can also have harmful consequences. So your bra needs to have the right level of support for your cup size as well as for the intensity of the impacts. The aim is to protect your bust without altering natural breast movement.

High, medium or light support?

Decathlon sports bras are validated in our labs using a chest support test. This measures how much your chest slows down during sports activity. There are three levels of support: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support, and 5 for high support.

How do we check the support levels offered by our sports bras?

The sports bra's support should be adapted to your activity. Our range comes in three levels:
– Level 1: light support for low-impact activities (e.g., Pilates, stretching, strength training). 
– Level 3: medium support for moderate-impact activities (e.g., dancing, fitness, cardio training). 
– Level 5: high support for high-impact activities (e.g., step aerobics, running, trampolining).

How to choose the level of support

If you pick the right size, it will support your chest and be comfortable. To determine your size, you'll need a tape measure:
– Stand in front of a mirror.
– Place it horizontally at the top of your back, on the lower part of the shoulder blades.
– Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust.
– Measure without pulling the tape measure tight.

How do you know which size sports bra to get?

We designed the same sports bra in black, suitable for cup sizes E to H (product code: 8756554 ).

Cup sizes greater than C or D

To make it easier to put on your sports bra, we recommend fastening it in the front, then slipping the clasp around to the back. Then bring it up over the bust and slide on the straps as you would with a standard bra.

How to put on this sports bra

Decathlon’s bras are designed by our sports team to maximize comfort and keep you healthy. We avoid the use of underwires to reduce the risk of injury and compression of lymph nodes. We also minimise seams over the nipples to prevent irritation. Finally, the use of fabrics that promote perspiration wicking ensures your comfort while significantly reducing the risk of skin irritation.

How are Decathlon sports bras designed?

Designed for intensive sports use, this sports bra can withstand repeated washings. We recommend washing them at 30°C or less and using our specially designed laundry bag (reference 8505236). Use liquid detergent and do not use fabric softeners as they can affect the fabric’s breathability. We don't recommend tumble drying this sports bra.
