It has: - 2 compartments | 1 isothermal compartment;
- 2 zipped pockets inside the large compartment;
- 2 zipped pockets on the front;
- 1 phone pocket on the shoulder strap;
- 2 bottle holders;
- Compartment for storing a water bladder (not included), a computer, and documents;

An adjustable chest strap distributes weight on the shoulders. 
It also has two thumb rests.

It is not waterproof, but a rain cover is sold separately (reference 8772113).

Is the NH Arpenaz 500 20 L Hiking Backpack waterproof?

You can adjust your backpack as follows:
1 - Loosen all the straps (shoulder straps, belt, load adjuster straps).
2 - Put the backpack on.
3 - Tighten the shoulder straps.
4 - Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed.

How to adjust your NH Arpenaz 500 20 L Hiking Backpack

Place heavy equipment at the bottom. Pack your clothes around these items. Keep your waterproof jacket and/or fleece where you can access it quickly. Place small frequently used items in the pockets (sunscreen, map, glasses, etc.). Put your water bladder in the compartment provided along the back and water bottles in the external pockets.
