To safely use your band, always check its condition before starting your sets.
If you notice a crack or white area, do not use it, as it could break during your workout.

Blue:5 kg (11 lb) // Green: 15 kg (33 lb) // Yellow: 25 kg (55.1 lb) // Orange: 35 kg (77.1 lb) // Red: 45 kg (99.2 lb) // Black: 60 kg (132.7 lb)

Are you new to weight training? Choose a band with light resistance, such as 5 kg, and then gradually increase resistance.

Are you trying to lighten your load? The greater the resistance, the more the band will help with your pull-ups and body weight exercises.

Choosing a band that meets your exercise needs

With a 5 kg band, you’re aiming for a higher number of reps rather than lifting heavy weights.
It’s ideal for rehabilitation, like exercises recommended by a physical therapist, or warm-ups.
Try these stretches with your band:
- Seated or standing toe touch: pass the elastic under your feet and bring your torso toward your shins.
- Right angle: lying on your back, place the elastic across your feet and try to extend your legs.

Our coach’s tips for the 5 kg band

Our bands are not designed to be used in a pool, and  we do not test their chlorine resistance.
Do not store in direct sunlight or in extreme temperatures.
Avoid contact with sharp or abrasive objects—your band will last longer!
