How do I adjust my skipping rope?

To use the pro skipping rope properly, place your feet in the mid-point and raise the rope until it reaches your shoulders. The handles of the rope should be level with your armpits. Adjust the length and tighten the two screws firmly using the tool supplied.

What’s the best way to use your pro skipping rope?

We recommend using this product mainly indoors, on rubber tiles (ref.: 8651539). This will extend its life. If you choose to use it outdoors, use the protective sheath provided and avoid rough surfaces.

How to store your pro skipping rope

The carry pouch included will keep you skipping rope separate from your cross-training gear! All you have to do is roll it up carefully (without twisting it) and slip it into the specially designed pouch. That way it won’t get tangled up with your other equipment.

Our coach’s circuit training (1/2)

Perform 4 to 6 skips with 1 to 2 minutes recovery time at the end of each skip:- For beginners: 20 seconds exercise, 40 seconds recovery. - For intermediate skippers: 30 seconds exercise, 30 seconds recovery. - For more experienced skippers:40 seconds exercise, 20 seconds recovery. After completing the first exercise, continue with the second exercise after recovering, and so on. - Double unders (skipping) - Dumbbell snatch right arm - Double unders (skipping) - Dumbbell snatch left arm

Our coach’s advice

As you improve, increase your exercise time and reduce your recovery time. It’s better to maintain intensity in your exercise intervals, so choose longer recovery times for maximum intensity. To make the circuit more challenging, try adding running between your skipping.

I have one of the stupidly expensive branded ropes and to be fair this rope is just as good! I use it for CrossFit and it’s fantastic, I leant it to my box owner one class and he even commented on how good it was… assuming it was the expensive brand. Well worth the money

Took me a while to master using this, I seem to have the length about right now and my coordination has improved. I bought several different brands and this one is still going strong despite being left out in the rain on numerous occasions.

First of all the rope is too stiff. If you get to bend this rope, it will retain The bend. The rope has no flexibility, and after the bounce from the Floor would rebound too much. The handles would allow the rope to slide up and down causing more issues. The spinning mechanism

on the handle gets stuck sometimes and mechanism Itself is poor. £20 for this skipping rope is way too much and if you do CrossFit just avoid this

Bonne vitesse de rotation. Malheureusement la corde s'use extrêmement vite : en moins d'un an de crossfit je l'ai déjà changé. Le câble qui sert de corde s'effiloche, me blesse, s'accroche dans mes vêtements...je ne recommande pas pour une utilisation régulière.
