The lock mechanism doesn’t snap around the shackle. Push the shackle in, change the dials and can still open it. Tried changing the combination but still won’t lock.

Acheté pour un voyage, il a disparu lors du vol retour. Je pense que la méthode d'ouverture peu intuitive (il faut glisser le câble) n'a pas été comprise par les douaniers qui ont coupé le cadenas.
