What is prenatal yoga?
Prenatal yoga focuses on physical poses and breathing techniques that help pregnant women before, during, and after birth. Teachers provide pregnant yogis with various props to help them comfortably practice and improve their strength and flexibility to prepare them for giving birth.
The benefits of prenatal yoga
There are several! Increases muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and improves sleep quality. Relieves lower back pain. Reduces stress and anxiety, and improves concentration. In short, practicing yoga when pregnant is a great idea!

I love these trousers, they are soft, they wash well, and are of good quality that lasts. Initially purchased for a Pilates class, I now wear them as 'lounge pants' and they're very comfortable. The fold down waist panel is excellent, too. It's also great to find these trouse
rs are actually a decent length, as I am average height (5 feet 6 inches) but have long legs, and many exercise trousers come up far too short. They havenlt faded at all in the wash, either. I would highly recommend them.

Second pair of these got the grey ones a few years ago. I think the material has changed as they are not as soft and seem thinner but overall really comfy I wear them for wfh and lounging.

Disappointed with change of design

I've been wearing the same size of these for years, (in fact i'm wearing a pair as i write). The design has changed on the new 3 pairs i ordered, they have gone tight at the thigh and about 5 inches too long now, i'm pretty sure my legs havent shrunk! Sending back for a refu
