Functionally, just the same as other bladders, and like all bladders, you have to look after them, clean and dry them. However, the wide opening is great for warmer climates as you can easily add ice cubes, and the larger opening also aids drying. I liked the twist off/on leve
r at the mouthpiece, which is a good feature, and it stopped accidentally opening the nozzle. A bladder is great for doing exercise, especially in warmer temperatures and promotes hydration. Where as water bottle is always a flaf to stop, get out your bag and have a drink.

No cap for biter

À part le fait qu'il manque un capuchon pour protéger l'embout, tout le reste est très bien. Facile à remplir, à nettoyer et très pratique. Je l’ai utilisée plusieurs fois pour mes randonnées, tout s’est bien passé. À voir maintenant comment elle tient dans le temps.
