Why use a yoga towel?
This is the perfect towel for you if you perspire a lot. It’s ideal for Bikram and hot yoga. It absorbs perspiration and provides good grip. It’s easy to carry around and can also be used on top of a mat for other types of yoga. In this case, we recommend moistening the surface to make it grip better, especially if you don’t perspire much. Remember, it’s a towel! It’s meant to be placed on top of a mat!

I use it for hot yoga and it does help for the grip but my foot still slide sometimes when I do some of the yoga position. Still worth it for the price.

It's so soft and the no slip surface means I don't have to worry about the towel moving around while I'm doing hot yoga. It also really easy to wash. Just throw it in the machine and hang it up to dry. I bought one to see how I liked it, and I'll definitely buy more.
