Why choose the light resistance Handgrip Ring?

This small, light resistance ring lets you easily strengthen your hand and forearm in a few short minutes! The 100% thermoplastic elastomer composition makes it durable. The low resistance helps improve your grip gradually over time. You can enjoy better sports performance (especially in weight training, tennis, and rock climbing) and will find it easier to go about your everyday life (carrying groceries, cleaning, etc.).

Using the lightweight Handgrip Ring

This ring is very easy to use: just place it in your palm and squeeze. The round shape adapts to all hands. Extend the Handgrip Ring’s lifespan by regularly alternating it in your hand so you’re not always squeezing the same area.

Tips from our coach

The Handgrip Ring is ideal for warming up before an arm or back workout and will help significantly reduce your risk of wrist and elbow injuries. Do 1 to 2 sets of about 15 reps before starting your weight training workout. If you want to strengthen your forearm, opt for a handgrip with a higher resistance.

Nice light handgrip ring for rehab

I have a sore elbow from playing tennis. This ring is perfect to start my rehab as it isn’t too hard to squeeze. It’s very affordable too so I was able to purchase more challenging ones as I get stronger.

Perfect for grip and aiding pain
Cathy

: 3 to 8 weeks

I spotted this product by chance when I went to Decathlon Stockport to buy walking boots. I had been experiencing pain at the bottom of my left thumb (near where it joins the wrist - I think this is called De Quervains tenosynovitis). I tried the product in the shop and i

t helped to exercise the area where I had pain. I have been using the product regularly at home (just while watching TV) and the pain I was experiencing has decreased significantly (almost gone). I've been using the product for about 3 - 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend this product for others experiencing this type of pain and for generally maintaining grip strength.

Good simple product bought as an alternative to hand grips. Light resistance is fine for my purposes. Also use it when donating blood to speed up flow.
