When you’re in the water, more than half your body heat is lost through your extremities (feet, hands, head). To stay warm, consider these accessories:

The first factor to consider when choosing a surf bootie is water temperature. Water temperature varies depending on the location and time of year. Keep these guidelines in mind: Water above 20°C. Choosing the right boots

Surfing socks should be a very tight fit to ensure the best possible thermal efficiency. Dry gloves should feel like they are too tight when you try them on. Choosing well-fitting socks ensures a better fit and prevents them swelling with water in use.

The 3 mm surf socks are made of neoprene.
The synthetic lining provides added wear resistance.
Neoprene thickness: 3 mm.
The neoprene is made of an elastomer foam with insulating properties.
We test and guarantee the quality of our neoprene materials.

Materials

We chose a thin and light polyurethane sole to favour contact and sensations with the board. Therefore, this sock is not suited to long approach walks: in such a case, choose the 3 mm Surf bootie.

Thin sole

The seams are stitched and glued to ensure a watertight seal. 
Blind-stitching technology means the thread does not pierce through the neoprene, ensuring watertightness. The lack of threads on the inside prevents irritation and chafing. Patches are strategically placed in sensitive areas to improve comfort and durability.

Watertight assembly

Our surf booties are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding surfers. Our design choices also make them compatible with other water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, sea wading or SUP (stand up paddle boarding). These surf socks, however, are not suitable for windsurfing.

Products with the Aquaresist label are guaranteed to be resistant to chlorine. They will maintain their elasticity and are UV resistant. They are recommended for regular and intensive use.

Aquaresist technology

Main fabric: 100% polyester. Made of a specially designed polyester-based fabric crafted with PBT fibre instead of elastane, this swimsuit has a comfortable amount of stretch and, more importantly, is resistant to chlorine. 

PBT fibres are quick-drying, lose only 3 to 4% resistance throughout their lifespan, and resist fading.

Dimensions

For an open-water buoy, you need to pay attention to the closure: 
- place your belongings at the bottom of the buoy, centring them if possible,
- close the two buckles, making sure that the air between the two chambers escapes to avoid water entering when you swim,
- inflate the 2 chambers to the same psi, by mouth.

The buoy strap should be adjusted to position the buoy above the knees and behind the thighs when swimming on your stomach.

We have the answer with the B-Fast goggles thanks to a nose bridge adjustment system that is simple and precise. It lets you fine-tune the spacing of the two lenses using either the screwdriver provided with the goggles or the built-in tool on the back buckle.

The appearance of fogging depends on several factors, the difference in temperature between the body and the water, humidity levels, etc. 
Wear due to friction is one of the main causes.
If your goggles fog up, dip your lenses in the water and a protective film will reform.
It is normal for the performance of the anti-fog coating to drop over time.

We provide an anti-fog marker that reactivates an ageing anti-fog treatment and makes your goggles last longer.

Fogging

The goggles’ watertightness depends on how well they fit the shape of your face. 
Before purchase, we advise you to do the "suction" test without the strap. 
If the goggles stay on the face by themselves with a little suction, the product will be watertight during your swim. This also enables you to spot any areas of discomfort or annoyance when the model is on the face.

One-size model with a precise nose bridge adjustment

Choice of size

These swimming goggles fit the shape of your face and don’t need to be over-tightened.

Goggles that are too tight can cause discomfort, leave marks, and let water seep in.

You don’t need to press against the lenses with your hands. A light suction effect is all you should need to keep water out.

The straps ideally should rest 2-3 cm above your ears.
This position will optimize the grip and comfort of the goggles. 

How to adjust your goggle

The colour of your lenses should suit your swimming location and its lighting.
For greater comfort, if you are swimming outdoors or in a pool with harsh lighting, opt for goggles with smoky lenses that will reduce the glare. 
If you’re outdoors in the evening or the pool is dark, use clear lenses.
The B-Fast swimming goggles are available in different lens tints.

- rinsing your goggles (only if necessary) by simply dipping them in water
- do not direct powerful jets of water at the inner surface of the lenses.
- storing the goggles in their case after each session to prevent damage to the lenses (on the inner surface as there is an anti-fog coating and on the outer surface to prevent scratches)
- not exposing them to temperatures of over 60°C

A fin is a piece of swimming training equipment to work the lower body. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and lower-body strength training (thighs, glutes, calves, core stability).

The short blade guarantees a good kick frequency and a good cardio workout. Movements are very close to natural swimming movements. 
The long blade guarantees a more sweeping kick and a stronger muscle workout.

Fin length

Very flexible fins. 

Stiffness is characterized by the density of the material. As such, stiffer blades require greater muscular exertion. More flexible blades produce more efficient, sweeping kicks. How hard the kick depends on the type of workout desired (cardiovascular or muscle).
