Which activities can you do with this sports bra?

To keep you as comfortable as possible during your workouts, we felt it was important to bring you a sports bra that follows all of your movements. For this reason, we’ve added elastane to the fabric. Give it a go, and you'll find that you can move freely without your bra getting in the way. 
Its racer back also frees up your shoulder blades.

A sports bra that facilitates movement

You exercise because you want to get moving and let off steam. And you know that working up a sweat is part and parcel of that. But what you don't like is ending up feeling damp and sticky. That's why we're giving you the chance to stay dry during your workouts. But how? By making this sports bra from a technical fabric that wicks perspiration and dries quickly.

Perspiration-wicking properties

This sports bra has a front zipper that makes it easy to put on and take off. To stop it coming undone as you exercise, fold the zipper pull down. This will stop it from moving. 
You can adjust the straps to keep your shoulders comfortable. This sports bra offers a high level of support with no underwiring. 
The cups provide additional support, keep you more comfortable by covering more of your breasts, and protect them from impacts.

A few details to make it comfortable

During physical activity, your breasts, which are fragile and mainly supported by skin, experience more stresses and strains than normal. Regardless of your cup size or age, breast movement during a workout can exert a force up to five times your breasts’ actual weight. Wearing a sports bra provides the essential support they need. It protects your breasts from impacts and pain, and prevents premature sagging.

Movement during sports activities stretches the skin and ligaments of the bust. If you aren't wearing the right support, you're more likely to suffer from pain or premature sagging. Too much support can also have harmful consequences. It’s essential to make sure that your bra offers the right level of support for your cup size and the intensity of the sport. 

Choosing the right level of support

Our bras are approved in our laboratories through a breast support test, which assesses the reduction in the acceleration of the breasts' movement during a sports activity. They're then assessed and categorized as follows: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support, and 5 for high support.

Sports bra support levels

Your bra's level of support should be suitable for the activity you're doing. Our range consists of three levels:
– Level 1: light support for low-impact activities (e.g., Pilates, stretching, strength training). 
– Level 3: medium support for moderate-impact activities (e.g., dancing, fitness, cardio training). 
– Level 5: high support for high-impact activities (e.g., step aerobics, running, trampolining).

It's essential to get a bra that's the right size for your body in order to keep yourself comfortable and supported. To choose the right bra, follow these steps:
– Stand in front of a mirror.
– Hold a tape measure horizontally against your upper back, keeping level with the bottom of your shoulder blades.
– Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust.
– Measure without pulling the tape measure tight.

This sports bra has been specially developed and tested to fit all body shapes. Available in sizes XS to 5XL.

Suitable for all body shapes

Decathlon's sports bras are designed by our sports team to optimize your comfort and prevent health issues. We don't use any underwiring so that there's no risk of causing injury or of compressing the lymph nodes. We minimize seams over the nipples to reduce the risk of rubbing. And by prioritizing perspiration-wicking fabrics, we keep you comfortable and lower the risk of skin irritation. 

Design

This bra can be washed very frequently. We recommend that you remove the foam cups before washing and wash everything in our laundry bag, sold separately (ref. 8505236). Wash at no more than 30°C. Use liquid detergent and do not use fabric softeners as they can affect the fabric’s breathability. Do not tumble dry.
