All Quechua tents are tested in the lab (whole tent under 200 L/h for 3 hours) and in the field
(2000 mm PU-coated polyester flysheet, 5000 mm PU polyester groundsheet, all seams sealed with thermo-bonded tape). A breathable polyester fabric under the flysheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet.

Waterproofing

2 side doors enable maximum ventilation when they are open. Breathable mesh bedroom with mechanical ventilation. The space between the flysheet and around the base of the tent enables air to circulate between the bedroom and the flysheet and reduces natural condensation. The Fresh technology reduces the sun's heat.

Pitching/taking down

We care about the durability of our products. That is why all our tents are designed to be repairable. The spare parts and pole repairs are available from your Decathlon workshop or on our website.
If you have a problem, have your tent inspected at the nearest Decathlon store.

We recommend using the tent with a self-inflating or trekking mattress measuring a maximum of 65 cm (25.6″) wide.
We do not recommend the use of inflating mattresses over 6 cm in height due to the reduction in living space and condensation resistance.

Mattress compatibility

All our tents are tested in a wind tunnel on a rotating plate to expose them on all sides. A properly pitched tent with all the guy ropes properly positioned around the tent should remain habitable in wind speeds of up to 50 km/h (Force 6), measured near ground level.
