Precautions for electronic devices
Electronic devices require extra protection. We recommend placing cellphones in a waterproof pouch before storing them in the bag. Cameras can be stored in a 5 or 10 L bag within one of the larger bags (30, 40, or 60 L). Ensure all bags are properly closed and check water resistance using a paper towel before hitting the water. DO NOT SUBMERGE OR SWIM WITH THE BAG.
Fastening system
To ensure good water resistance: 1/ Tightly roll down the top of the bag 5 times. 2/ Fasten the side buckles. 3/ Fasten the centre buckles. Leave some air in the bag. The bag should appear inflated when closed: this makes it more watertight and ensures it will float.
Storage
The 5 and 10 L bags can be placed inside a 30, 40, or 60 L bag for extra waterproof protection and easier organization.

This product is good, it is thick material and rugged and a great colour, however doesn’t roll that easily due to its stiffness and better if filled full but if not it has no functionality to roll the top down and then connect the two ends together as they are female connectio
ns. As it connects how it does it tends to unroll itself. I am a kayaker and use roll bags all the time. If the ends were male/ female then it could be connected either way as with a lot of others. I would not trust this in my boat due to water ingress from the top. I will not be buying another due to this factor, shame as I love decathlon products normally.
