I am 169cm/60kg and got S. It is quite tight fit and I wasn't sure I got the right size but soon I realized taht's how it supposed to be. It is tight fit but flexible and comfortable, almost feel like a part of your body. This is a great 'base' layer. It generates and keep the
warmth when you put one ore two more layers on it.
