These shorts offer the same technical features as our adult shorts. Polyester is a lightweight material that retains little moisture. It wicks away odours and perspiration, and is easy to care for. Machine washable and quick-drying. It has good abrasion resistance and is very stretchy, so kids can move around freely.

Hydrophilic coating (RET = 12): limits condensation inside the garment.

The elastic waistband and loose fit make them easy to put on over pants.

Freedom of movement

Only weighs 146 g (5 oz.) in size 10–11 years.

Designed to protect your child from the wind and rain.

Drying in tumble dryer possible. Low temperature, maximum drum exhaust temperature 60°C.

RET refers to a fabric’s capacity to let perspiration evaporate. 
The lower the RET, the more breathable the fabric. 

RET ≤ 6: very breathable fabric
RET ≤ 12: breathable fabric
RET ≤ 20: Little breathability.
 
Our product has a 12 RET rating.

Component breathability

A fabric is water-repellent when water slides off its surface without being absorbed. It prevents the fabric from soaking up water, keeping it lightweight, warm, and breathable. Water repellency is achieved by treating the fabric’s exterior. This treatment must be renewed throughout the garment’s lifetime (every 3 washes).
