Which size?
Size M is designed for sizes 5 to 8. Size L is designed for sizes 9 to 13.
How to correctly position the Flex Up
The right and left are marked on top. There is a top and a bottom: the foot drawn on the Flex Up should be on the bottom. Just insert the Flex Up into the pocket. And don’t forget to close the little rip-tab used to measure: a closed rip-tab means a properly placed Flex Up.
Compatibility
The width and 3D shape of the tongue and side of the boots are specific to each brand. A unique 3D shape was defined for our boot tongues based on the anatomy of the foot/shin before developing this accessory to fit perfectly. You may be able to adapt the Flex Up to boots from another brand, but they are not designed for this.
Stretch properties
The Flex Up will work in flexing, but only in a deformation zone where it is wide (it will not undergo plastic or permanent warping). In other words, your Flex Up will never get old, and it can even be used for your next pair of Decathlon snowboard boots.

These are pretty flimsy. The idea is great and the price too. They need to be a little bigger and thicker to have an actually impact. I need to use 2 above each other to feel a small difference.
