To use the warmers, carefully read the instructions supplied with the product.

Remove the warmer from the packaging, in an ambient temperature around 20°C (house, car, etc.). Activates on contact with the air
At 0°C or 2,000 m altitude, blow several times on the warmer to activate it.
When the warmer is well-heated, after 10 to 15 minutes, remove the adhesive strip to stick it onto the sock, at the toes, before putting your boots back on.

How do you activate and place the warmers on your feet?

These warmers are only for use on the feet, they should not be placed directly on the skin or any other part of the body. Do not place them on the instep; they should not be compressed. Do not stick them to thin socks or tights. Do not wear them with rubber sandals or boots. 
Do not use while sleeping. Do not use with cosmetics or other heating devices. Do not place two warmers on the same foot.

What are the precautions for use?

These warmers are exclusively for use in cold weather, do not use near a heat source: heating in cars, by the fireplace, etc. They are not designed for intensive sports activities and are to be avoided where there is perspiration.

While exercising, make sure that the warmer doesn’t slip on the instep.

If the warmer seems too hot or if it causes an unpleasant sensation, irritation or a rash, remove it.

What are the warmers used for?

These warmers are not recommended for children under 12 or those whose shoe size is under 5. Children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities should use this product with caution and supervision.

If you have diabetes, fragile or sensitive skin, circulatory problems, paralysis or damaged nerves, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or are a pregnant woman or in the case of doubt, we recommend that you consult a doctor before use. 
Do not apply to frostbitten or desensitized skin. 

Contra-indications and use under adult supervision

Remove the warmer from the boot, it reactivates on contact with the air. When it has reheated, stick it back on the sock, and put your boot back on. 

Good to know: The feeling of warmth is unique to each person. The warmers can heat less in very cold environments.

These warmers can only be used once. Discard in a household waste bin after use.
