The size of your Swiss ball depends on your height! If you’re less than 1.60 m (5’2”) tall and weigh less than 85 kg (187 lb), then size 1 (55 cm/22” diameter) is just what you need. The ball weighs 2 kg (4.4 lb).
How to safely inflate your Swiss ball
We recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product ref. 8214626 or 8490986). Fully inflate your exercise ball and use a tape measure to check the diameter. For the size 1 ball, do not exceed 55 cm (22”) in diameter. Check that it is pumped up correctly by sitting on it: your knees should be at hip height.

So I bought this ball at decathlon in Leeds and I thought it would be very simple to assemble. I thought! I tried to blow it up but the pump adapters would not connect well at all and wouldn't come out. I tried every pump in the house but only 1 worked! I ended up having to bl
