Not sure which size to get? If you are 1.6 m (5’3”) to 1.8 m (5’11”) tall and weigh less than 85 kg (187 lb), choose the 65 cm size (diameter: 65 cm/25.6”). The ball weighs 2 kg (4.4 lb).

To inflate your ball correctly, you’ll need: - a pump (ref: 8214626 or 8490986) - a tape measure Your ball is correctly inflated if: - it is no bigger than its maximum diameter (65 cm/25.6” for size 2) - your knees are parallel with your hips when you sit on the ball

Solide (elle part à rouler facilement!), beau look et pratique. Cela prend une bonne pompe pour la gonfler. J'ai utilisé avec succès une pompe électrique pour matelas gonflables. Sinon, c'est difficile à réussir à la main.

You need to buy the pump in store. It wasn’t in stock when I bought this and my bike pump at home was the wrong fitting. The lovely men in the cycle store blew it up for me a few days later as they still didn’t have the correct pump in stock.
