Why use gliding discs?

Use these gliding discs to intensify your training and develop strength, stability, endurance, coordination, and flexibility. Use them for bodyweight exercises without joint stress.

How to use the sides of the gliding discs

Double-sided discs can be used on any surface: - The blue foam side slides on hard surfaces such as wood and tile floors. - The black side slides on soft surfaces such as carpets and rugs. The black side will not slide on grippy coatings such as foam mats, kids’ play areas, or concrete. Test out the surface before beginning your workout. We recommend training barefoot or with shoes but not in socks, to avoid slipping.

Full-body circuit training 3-5 sets 0-2 minutes of rest after each set Beginner: 20 seconds of work, 40 seconds of rest Intermediate: 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest Advanced: 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest When you complete the first exercise, continue to the second after rest, and so on. - Mountain climbers - Alternating sliding lunges - Alternating sliding-forward press-ups - Sliding downward dog

The cushion is comfy to rest on with bare foot. Glide easily on both indoor marble and outdoor cement floor. Need to monitor if it will create scratches on my marble floor after use.
