UV protection
What does the UV protection do? It protects your eyes from UV rays. UV radiation is present in winter and summer, in sunny and cloudy weather, and can be harmful to your eyes and eye contours. The lenses are made of polycarbonate mixed with UV protection against the harmful rays of the sun (UVA and UVB).
Lens category
Tinted lens classification based on ISO 12312-1 standard: - Category 1: lens with a light tint for reduced sunlight. - Category 2: lens with a medium tint for average sunlight. - Category 3: dark lens for strong sunlight (sea and mountains). Between 82% and 92% visible light absorbed. - Category 4: very dark lens, for exceptional sunlight (high mountains). Between 92% and 97% visible light absorbed.
Good to know
Our lenses are made of polycarbonate, which is resistant to impacts but scratches easily. The UV protection does not decrease if your lenses get scratched; the mirror effect is purely for aesthetic purposes. The same goes for the colour of our tinted lenses. Choose your glasses according to your preference—all tint colours will protect your eyes.

Side tabs broke off the first day i used them. The lens seems adequate. However the side tabs are disappointing, i was counting on them on glacier and snow.

I purchased these sunglasses without trying them on as they were boxed. The weight of these is light which is good but the nose grips have a surrated surface I assume to grip your nose unfortunately these kept scratching my nose after running for an hour or more as such I will
not wear these anymore.
