Cleaning the 500 Fold Weight Training Bench after workouts

Wipe the weights bench with a damp cloth after each workout. This helps increase the lifespan of your bench. Sweat is acidic and can damage the cover of your weight training bench. We also recommend wearing a T-shirt or laying a towel on the bench during workouts.

Exercises you can do with the 500 Fold Weight Training Bench

Shoulder workout: - Seated shoulder press (equipment: rack + bar + weights) 4 x 8 - Lateral raises (seated on the bench) 3 x 12 - Front raises 3 x 12 (equipment: dumbbells) - Incline chest flys 3 x 15 Keep 2 reps in the tank at the end of each set and increase the repetitions or weight as you improve. Rest for one and a half to two minutes between each set.
