Assembly time and instructions
Assembly time: 45 minutes, 2 adults To fold down your rack: - Unscrew and unclip the safety dials (the white lines will no longer be facing each other) - Remove the safety pin - Place the bar rest on an immobile holder so it doesn’t block the pull-up bar - Pull the handle on the lower bar Never open or fold down the rack with weights or a weight bar in place.

Can you install this rack outdoors?
Not designed for outdoor use. This metal rack has not been treated to protect it from moisture or sunlight. It may rust if kept outdoors or in a damp place, which can weaken the structure and make it unsafe to use.

It's huge, I was under the impression that the height is adjustable but it isn't and now I'm stuck with it and no where to put it. If you have the space it's great, but not as foldable as the ad portrays

This is not the type of equipment you want to move around your home/garage this is very well designed, folds away if you really need to do so. I assembled this in less than 45 minutes on my own 100% recommend if you have the space.

The concept is interesting but it wiggles too much. I wouldn't recomend it for pull ups. Also the bar is quite thin even though I have small hands. Opening and closing it seemed quite difficult, not as in the video. For weightlifting itslef I haven't used it but the safety bar

Facile à monter mais une fois en place, il faut être 2 pour le replier. Par ailleurs, instable pendant les tractions ou quand on utilise un TRX par exemple. Il doit être lesté. Nous avons remplacé notre cage corength par celui-ci pour un gain de place mais clairement déçus. le
rack mural aurait été une meilleure option pour notre utilisation.

Utilisé surtout pour des tractions pour l'instant. Très pratique pour ramener le sport à l'interieur de son chez soi. Mécanisme de pliage pas ultra intuitif au début mais on prend vite le pli et le gain de place en appartement rend ce rack très pratique. Assez stable quand on
fait des traction dessus, même si je ne m'amuserai pas à faire des muscle up dynamique dessus non plus. Aucun soucis de matériaux pour l'instant après plusieurs mois d'utilisation.

C’est selon moi le meilleur rapport qualité/prix d’un rack de musculation sur le marché. Compact et polyvalent il est très modulable, j’y ai installé des portepoids, des supports de barres, une poulie haute, des barres de dips et des poignées fixés sur les barres d’acier. N’oc
cupe qu’une surface de 2m2 pour être praticable. Montage seul facile. Vraiment content de cet achat.

Ce rack ne paye pas de mine face à ses confrères plus lourds, plus gros, plus plein de trucs mais qui bouffent une place pas possible chez soi. Lui, non seulement il fait le job, un peu plus modestement question poids maxi encaissable (si on est bâti comme The Rock!) mais avec
une bonne marge pour progresser (200 kilos sur support et 130, au moins, en traction!!!) et pliable qu'il est il peut se ranger dans un coin relativement modeste de manière assez aisée grâce aux petites rpoulettes, même si sa solidité pèse un certain poids (50-55 kgs). Prévoir tout de même un espace pour braquer, il n'y a pas encore la direction assistée!!! Cerise sur le gâteau, via les trous de réglages, on peut facilement le tunner en ajoutant trois quatre poulies, cables et autres, tous escamotables, donc peut encombrants et interchangeables, et transformer à sa guise l'armature en rack complet et performant. Perso, du tout bon...
