Bonjour Guillaume, Merci de nous faire part de ton expérience, même si je suis vraiment désolé d'apprendre cette déception. Le fait que tes pédales automatiques Shimano SPD PD-ME700 ne fonctionnent pas du tout est un problème majeur et je comprends parfaitement ta frustration.
Lorsque tu achètes des chaussures et des pédales automatiques ensemble, il est crucial que tout fonctionne parfaitement dès le départ pour une expérience de VTT fluide. Il semblerait qu'il y ait eu un souci, soit au niveau de la compatibilité, du montage des cales, ou même des pédales elles-mêmes, et ce n'est absolument pas normal. Je t'invite à rapporter tes chaussures et les pédales au magasin le plus proche. Nos équipes techniques pourront vérifier l'installation, les réglages, et s'assurer que tu disposes d'un système qui fonctionne correctement et en toute sécurité. Il est essentiel que ton matériel soit parfaitement opérationnel pour que tu puisses profiter de tes sorties.
