This foam pad is designed for occasional users wanting to improve at mountain biking. The support foam is soft with medium firmness. It provides good user comfort and protects the cyclist’s pressure zones for rides of up to 1.5 hours.

Ease of use

This self-adhesive patch kit lets you easily and quickly repair punctures so you can carry on enjoying your bike rides.

Tire Assembly

1. Remove the inner tube and locate the puncture
2. Roughen the area around the puncture using the sandpaper
3. Clean and dry this area
4. Apply the self-adhesive patch and press hard on the entire area for around 45 seconds
5. Run your nail over the patch to increase its adhesive power
6. Put the inner tube back in the tire and the tire in the rim
7. Inflate your tire to the recommended pressure.

User tip: 

Optimal lifespan: 3 years at room temperature (16-22°C, 30-70% humidity), away from direct light and in its original packaging.
Minimum temperature for repairs: +10°C 
Temperature for use: -40°C to +65°C

Storage:

Be careful not to touch the sticky part when positioning the patch, so as not to reduce its sticking power.
Remove any air bubbles by pushing from the centre of the patch towards the edges.
Rub the patch with your nail to warm it up and help it stick better.
Finally, press firmly with your thumb, covering the entire patch for 45 seconds to 1 minute (press on a clean, flat surface for greater effectiveness).

Applying the patch: 

A good sanding of the area concerned will give you a better result.
The aim is to obtain a flat, clean surface so the patch holds as well as possible.If the puncture is close to excess material, sand until the excess is removed.
Sanding will create micro-scratches that will allow the glue on your patch to set more easily.
This stage is very important for a lasting repair.

Sanding: 

Clean away any impurities to ensure a clean, flat, and dry area to apply the patch.
Remember: don't use water or any other product to clean your inner tube after sanding. It's essential to have a clean, dry surface to ensure that your patch lasts.

All of our "FastFlow" bottles use the SureSnap® valve, the best on the market. This valve controls the flow of water effectively and precisely. When you press down, water squirts out of the mouthpiece.
Plus, the anti-leak mouthpiece can stay open while riding without water dripping onto your bike's frame.

SureSnap® valve

The mouthpiece is 100% watertight in closed position. Use this position for mixing the isotonic drink in the bottle or for carrying it in a bag.
Once on your bike, leave it open. The SureSnap® valve prevent leaks. Drink quickly and safely!

How to use the FastFlow valve

There’s nothing worse than a plasticky taste or smell in a water bottle. But this is the case for most cycling water bottles. 
We tested numerous plastics before finding just the right one, which is supple and has a neutral taste and smell. When blind tested against bottles from other leading brands, ours were the most neutral-tasting.

No more plasticky smell or taste.

Clean the water bottle thoroughly after each use. If you use isotonic drinks, rinse all parts of the bottle, cap, and mouthpiece to make sure there is no liquid remaining inside. Use liquid detergent and a long brush to clean the bottom of the bottle. 
Dry well and store with the cap off. Otherwise, mould could develop in the bottle.
Do not put in the dishwasher (particularly above 70°C).
