It is not very comfortable and slippery, which makes some exercises hard to do; I'd suggest spending a bit more money to get a proper yoga/exercise mat.

Great for stretching and using at my desk

I have a standing desk for work and this works really well for preventing achy feet. It's a great two in one product as I can quickly stretch between meetings with a few yoga moves. It has great grip and is not too firm not too squishy.
