How to care for your water bottle
Clean the water bottle thoroughly after each use. If you use isotonic drinks, rinse all parts of the bottle, cap and mouthpiece to make sure there is no liquid remaining inside. Use liquid detergent and a long brush to clean the bottom of the bottle. Dry well and store with the cap off. Otherwise, mould could develop in the bottle.
This water bottle is not insulated!
Note that this stainless steel bottle is not a thermos. It is not double-walled and thus does not insulate your beverage from heat or cold.

This bottle pours too slowly for a cycling bottle. There's no chance of taking a quick mouthful of water at a traffic light. I have a Decathlon MH500 hiking bottle where the flow is slow but expected the cycling bottle to be much quicker. I think this might be even slower
