The isothermal pouch is good idea but it requires a small bottle, which is not included. It doesn’t fit on my bottle so I don’t use it.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour faire du ski de fond mais cette ceinture me servira aussi pour mes randonnées estivales. Elle est légère, bien isolée, facile à manipuler, un velcro sert pour ajuster à la taille, il y a aussi une poche pour mettre de l'argent, des clefs ou d'autre

Fits me quite well, but you do need a large bottle for the holder. It only has a thin strip at the bottom to hold bottle in so the bottle must fit tightly. Small zip pocket is Ok for a small bunch or 1 or 2 keys. Not big enough for a smart phone as pocket is slanted.

Ceinture ventrale porte-gourde quasi indispensable lors des randos. Fourni avec une housse pour la gourde qui maintient le chaud ou le frais. La petite poche sur le côté permet d'y mettre peu de choses : clés, argent, ...), le téléphone n'y entre pas. C'est beaucoup mieux que
