The bolster can support your body, especially the stomach, during prenatal yoga. By distributing your weight across the bolster, you can hold poses for longer.

Had the grey version for a few years and loved it so much but could never get this colour. Finally managed to get it and it’s well worth it. Lovely quality, really nice and heavy and a gorgeous colour. Great for yoga but also use as a prop and for sleeping during pregnancy.
