Train safely with the 50 kg (110 lb) set
Always remember to put the disc collars on after the weight discs. Max. load: - 160 kg (353 lb) for the 155 cm (61”) bar - 60 kg (132 lb) per dumbbell - 15 kg (33 lb) for the disc collars in a hammer (vertical) position Use the 155 cm (61”) bar with a weight training cage equipped with safety bar rests or with a spotter.

Cast iron is very durable, as long as you keep it out of a damp environment. After your workout, wipe the bars and weights down with a damp cloth. Store the different parts of the set in a dry place. Moisture is your set’s greatest enemy: never store it in a basement or outdoors.

This is the perfect set for beginners! Start with simple exercises based on your goals. To tone up: Barbell shoulder press 3 x 12-15 reps - Lunges with dumbbells 3 x 12-15 reps/side To bulk up: One-arm dumbbell rows 4 x 8-12 reps/side - Barbell curls 3 x 8-12 reps Stop two reps short and recover for 90 seconds after each exercise.

The product is good. The bars and weights are easy to assemble. The long bar have some tiny pieces of metal shedding when first assembled but its still good. The plate collars seems secure so far (about a month since purchase). The only issue i had was when carrying the box ou
t to the parking lot, the box/packaging didn't seem well design to hold all the weight. It fell apart. Luckily it was in a cart. Strongly recommend using a cart to transport and do not rely on the handles on the box/packaging.

This product has given me metal slivers in my hand 3 times! Had to dig them out with tweezers. Must always wear gloves. Thinking of returning it. Also wish there were more 11lbs weights. Have to keep switching the weights often.

This weight set is good value a like the screw together main bar for compactness as I take on holiday with me robust weight ABIT noisy when working out at home when dropped not placed I recommend only use on ground floor to avoid noise complaints good grip bar with rough area
for gripping dumbbell bars ideal but I recommend buy stronger clips for angled exercises so the plates don't come off clips have a 15kg weight limit for verticle movement but I've not tried with that much yet only 6kg each end so far. The main bar weighs 8.9kg dumbbell bars are 2kg each and the weight plates in the set add up to 38kg good buy in my eyes
