There is an issue with charging.

I bought this last May, and it works really fine. But I did not regularly use it; it was just usually in my pocket (belt bag) if I took a motorcycle ride. But last week I tried to charge it; it's still turning red, but I don't know if it's fully charged because the light doesn
't turn green. It seems like there is a problem. I hope I can return it and get a refund or exchange for a new item.
