Use temperature
All our sleeping bags display the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory, according to European standard ISO 23537-1. The comfort temperature is the lower limit at which the user is in general thermal equilibrium, feeling neither too cold nor too hot (for an average person in normal conditions of use). Use this rating to choose the sleeping bag that’s right for you.

What you need to know about temperatures
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but retains the heat produced by the body. If you’re cold when you slip into a cold, damp sleeping bag, it’s very likely that you’ll feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag is! These temperature ratings therefore depend on the user’s resistance to cold, equipment, clothing, and weather conditions.
Tips before getting into your bag
Dress simply (just one layer of clothing is enough). Warm up your extremities: hats, gloves, socks, hand warmers, etc. A hot water bottle can be used as a heater (as long as there’s no risk of accidental opening!). Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is converted into heat), but without making any movements that would create a draft. You can use a sleeping bag liner so you won’t have to wash your sleeping bag as often.
Washing your sleeping bag
We recommend you use a washing machine with a minimum 8 kg (22 lb.) capacity and close the zippers on your sleeping bag.

I had a really good nights sleep in this bag, I was warm even on my own and it was really comfy without it squirming around when I moved which I do a lot when I'm asleep, my only complaint and the reason for dropping a star is it's very very large when its packed up, I know Qu
echua isn't meant for backpacking but it would be nice to have to Velcro or some clips to help pack this a bit smaller, this is significantly larger then my 3 man tent in terms of volume when packed up.

Vraiment bien J'ai juste été surpris de ne pas pouvoir les séparer pour les laver parce il y a une couture aux pieds. Je choisis ce type de couette, parce que j'ai des chats et c'est beaucoup plus facile a entretenir qu'une couette habituelle
