Missing one of the foam protectors and others damaged with chunks missing out of them. Only way offered to resolve this is to repack it and wait in all day (8am - 8pm) for a courier to collect it for return. Unless you're willing to risk having to source spares yourself I'd gi
ve it a miss as the claim on the web page that spares are available only applies to a few parts.
