This is a great shoe to get into at a very reasonable price when trying to make sure a child has adequate footwear for rocky trails while caring a pack. My daughter immediately started wearing it to school though, so clearly it is comfortable and attractive enough for every d

We bought these for a walking holiday in the Alps for my 9 year old daughter. She wasn't keen on the colour, she'd have preferred something brighter she says (the raspberry shade seemed pretty bright to me but I wasn't wearing them). We did some challenging and lengthy walks (
the longest was 12 miles on rough paths with very steep ascents and descents), and she came away blister free and confident in the security the shoes gave her to avoid slipping on smooth limestone.
