How do you measure tire wear?
Inspect the tread to measure wear on city bike’s tires and to know when they need replacing. Signs of wear include: - tread starting to fray - appearance of micro cracks - low tread depth - carcass becoming visible. All of these indicate that the tire is worn and needs replacing.
How to disassemble a tire?
To remove the tire, you have to deflate the tube until no air comes out. Then separate the tire from the rim with a tire lever.
How to fit a tire
To put the tire back on, place one side of the tire into the rim. Next, inflate your inner tube to approximately 30% before putting it into the tire (inflating it beforehand reduces the risk of pinching the inner tube). Then, insert the other side of the tire into the rim, starting on the side opposite the valve. Before inflating the inner tube all the way, check to make sure it isn’t pinched between the tire and the rim.
How to inflate your tire correctly
Inflate the tire with caution. The recommended pressure is listed on the side of your tire. Always make sure your tires are at the correct pressure before heading out on your ride.The minimum pressure for this tire is 2 bar, the maximum 5 bar.

During inflation, it is important to obtain the right pressure depending on the terrain and especially depending on the time. If you drive in rainy weather, feel free to lower the tire pressure to increase its grip. When riding in dry weather, you can increase the pressure for better performance.
