To maintain your bike properly, it’s important to know the exact dimensions of your tires.This information appears on the tire sidewall (diameter and width).For example, 27.5x1.90 means that the tire has a diameter of 27.5 in and a width of 1.9 in.
The dimensions in mm are also on the tire sidewall.
For example, 50-584 means that the tire is 50 mm wide and has an internal diameter of 584 mm (i.e., approximately 27.5 x 2 in)

A fabric’s waterproofing is determined by measuring its resistance to pressure exerted by a water column, measured in mm (based on the ISO 811 standard).The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. These are the waterproof characteristics of the RC 500 Rainproof Jacket: 8,000 mm before washing, 5,000 mm after 5 washes.

A membrane is a type of fine micro-perforated film (polyurethane) that makes the fabric waterproof and breathable. It is also very flexible, lighter, more durable, and more breathable than coated fabric.
The coating is applied to the fabric’s interior to make it waterproof. It costs less than a waterproof membrane and requires a protective lining.

On wet roads, it’s very unpleasant to get covered in spray from the rear wheel. To solve this, the RC 500 Rainproof Jacket is equipped with a retractable flap at the base of the back. Discreetly fold it into the back of the jacket.
Of course, adding a fender to the rear of your bike adds even more protection against splashes.
