Anneau très pratique, j'en utilise 2, un comme pédale pour de la remontée sur corde et un second pour des exercices d'étirement. Dans les deux cas l'anneau remplit pleinement ça mission, en tant que pédale, les frottements qui peuvent survenir n'abiment pas l'anneau et aucun p
