How is the bag’s volume measured?
The volume of each bag is measured using a standardized method: We fill each pocket with small balls. The balls are then emptied into a graduated container, giving us the equivalent volume in litres.
Guarantee
The warranty covers bag defects, excluding those resulting from normal wear and tear and abnormal use. This 2-year warranty will only be granted on presentation of the product. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect applicable federal and provincial laws.

I bought this for my Son for Xmas. He absolutely loves it. Emptied out his old bag which seemed bulky and heavy after receiving this one. I'm 100% sure this bag will help his game. Color is unique as well. I don't think there is anything bad he would say about it.

Unpleasant experience Received defective waterproof golf cart bag, requested an exchange but bag was sold out. Cusomter service hotline staff unable to offer similar product (looks the same to me, but they say the item number was different) for the same price.

Sac absolument pas imperméable. Première utilisation sous une pluie moyenne pendant 1 heure max et l’eau pénètre assez facilement dans le sac ( malgré une vérification évidemment de la bonne fermeture des zips et capuchon correctement positionné . Il est mentionné waterproof s
